Why people call instead of doing it themselves
Because the lifting is the job. A sofa down a flight of stairs, a chest freezer out of a basement, a shed full of forty years of somebody's things: that is a weekend and a bad back, and it needs a truck and trailer most people don't have sitting outside.
We do the carrying, sweep the space when we're done, and you point at what goes.
